Hi, I am a health and food junkie!
I am on an exciting new adventure to become a healthier, fitter, stonger me, and would love to have you join me!
I wanted to start this blog in the hopes of sharing what I have and am learning about health and food in a fun and informative way.
My goal is that this becomes a place for you to find:
- Health facts and tips that I have found interesting while studying to become a Holistic Nutritionist.
- Recipes for foods that I have made that are a healthier, guilt free version of what we all love to eat. Most of these will be gluten and refined sugar free, with the occasional fun treats added.
- Fitness motivation and tips with some quick workouts ideas to help target areas. I’ll share which workouts that I’m adding into my daily life and how they’re working for me – we can motivate each other!
- A few of my favourite quotes that I find inspirational and special
